Management Profile

Josh Richmond - President

Josh brings an impressive mix of knowledge and experience to the table. He has undertaken many roles in the field of construction from estimator, to superintendent, to project manager, and onward. He is a dynamic and creative leader who has managed both large scale development projects as well as single family home construction throughout the Okanagan. Josh has utilized his knowledge and experience to become an extremely efficient project manager, meeting project timelines both on budget and in a calculated manner.

In addition to his professional success, Josh is passionate about community contribution. As President of Richmond Custom Homes Ltd, he instils in his team a strong sense of social responsibility, serving as a Big Brother in the “Big Brothers and Sisters” program.

He graduated from the University of British Columbia’s highly regarded Business Program, as well as the International Business Program at the University of Applied Sciences in Wiener Neustadt, Austria, obtaining a BBA.
